Rules and Voting Instructions

Rules:

If you love to play along with us at Muse, or if you love to make Christmas cards, Muse: ChristmasVisions is for you!

This is Muse with a Christmas twist - we'll use the same 3 simple rules but add a 4th - your project must be Christmas or winter-themed.

Every other Wednesday at 9 am Eastern time, one of our designers will provide you with inspiration to spark your creativity and then, we ask you to follow our 4 simple rules:

  • Use the inspiration card as a starting point
  • Make a Christmas or winter-themed card, explain your interpretation and link back to Muse: ChristmasVisions.
  • Provide supportive comments to at least 3 of your fellow member’s submissions.
  • Vote for 3 of your fellow members' submissions that you find inspiring.

You can combine with other challenges.  Please honour the 4 simple rules.

Please consider turning off your word verification - this makes it easier for our DT to comment on your work. Thank you.

If you don't have a blog feel free to use a Flickr Gallery, Instagram or other online gallery for your MCV cards. Just copy the URL location of your card in your gallery and add it to the Inlinkz.

Voting Instructions:

Every other Monday morning at 8:00 am EST we'll post a reminder to visit the Muse: ChristmasVisions blog and cast your votes. Below is how the post will look and what kind of information it will include.

Voting is now open!

Don't forget to vote for your favorite submissions. Voting is open to everyone, is anonymous and private. Click on the heart in the top right corner of the thumbnail of your selection. You're allowed 3 votes. Once you've voted the hearts turn red. Don't worry, no one else can see your votes.
Voting will close on Tuesday at 8:00 am  EST. The voting results will be announced at Noon on Tuesday.
Our new challenge will begin at 9:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday.

  1. I would love to join in...To my shame I didn't make Christmas cards last year and that's not going to happen this year! Do you have a prefered style or is it purely how you interpret the Muse card? Thank you so much x
